Scholarships & Bursaries

To apply for the Fees Assistance Program, please complete the application form in full, attaching all information regarding your circumstances. Applications are considered in the strictest confidence by the College Fees Committee. The Committee also notes the family’s attempts, commitment and communication with respect to previous debts when considering each application.

Please note that assistance is only available for fees in the current school year, not balances from previous years.
If your family is provided with Fees Assistance, the College will require you to:

  • complete and sign a Fee Commitment Agreement
  • authorise CSEF (Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund) Allowance payments to be transferred fully to the College
  • agree to remit payments to the College by direct debit authority.

Please note: all scholarships are open to both currently enrolled and prospective students of Caroline Chisholm Catholic College and last for two years.

Year 7 Academic Scholarships

Caroline Chisholm Catholic College will offer up to four Year 7 Academic Scholarships (covering tuition fees from the start of Year 7 to the end of Year 8) based on the results of testing on Saturday 22nd July 2017.

How to apply:

  • Enrolled students – all students enrolled for Year 7 in 2018 are required to take the scholarship and placement examination and are automatically considered
  • Prospective students – contact the registrar by Friday 23rd June 2017 at registrar@cccc.vic.edu.au or on 9296 5311 to register to sit the examination.

Scholarship testing day: Saturday 22nd July 2017

Year 7 Music Scholarship

Our College offers one Year 7 Music Scholarship, covering eight 25-minute private instrumental music lessons per term to the end of Year 8.
How to apply:

Audition day:

  • Saturday 22nd July 2017

Year 9 Academic Scholarships

Caroline Chisholm Catholic College offers up to four Year 9 Academic Scholarships (covering tuition fees from the start of Year 9 to the end of Year 10) based on results of testing on Friday 21st July 2017.

How to apply:

  • Enrolled students – all students enrolled for Year 10 in 2016 are required to take the scholarship and placement examination and are automatically considered
  • Prospective students – contact the registrar by 21st April 2017 at registrar@cccc.vic.edu.au or on 9296 5311 to register to sit the examination.

Scholarship testing day:

  • Wednesday 3rd May 2017
