Learner Mentor Program

OVERVIEW
The sense of belonging that underpins healthy relationships and self-esteem at our College begins with our Learner Mentor groups. This is where every student connects with peers in their year level and guided by a Learner Mentor teacher. The Learner Mentor holds a pivotal role in the advocacy, connectedness, and care of each of the students, enabling issues of student safety, academic progress and connectivity to be addressed.
Our Personal Development Program is run in conjunction with our Learner Mentor time and aims to acknowledge the challenges facing our young people today, as well as ensuring a connection to faith and the Catholic tradition.

The program covers the following five pillars:

1. Leadership

2. Decision Making

3. Study Skills

4. Personal Wellbeing

5. Relationships
