Student Life

Wellbeing

At Caroline Chisholm Catholic College, we know that our students learn best and flourish when they feel respected, safe, connected and valued as members of our community. We believe the development of the whole person is essential and that student wellbeing plays an important role in supporting both personal growth and learning.

Our approach to wellbeing is centred on building positive relationships and creating a strong sense of belonging. Through pastoral care, dedicated wellbeing programs and the support of our staff, we encourage students to develop confidence, resilience and the skills they need to navigate challenges throughout their secondary school journey.

We recognise that every student is unique. Our staff work in partnership with students, families and the wider College community to provide a supportive environment where young people feel known, heard and encouraged to reach their potential.

Underpinned by our College values of Faith, Acceptance, Compassion and Excellence, wellbeing is embedded throughout College life, helping our students grow into confident, compassionate and connected young people.
