Welcome to Caroline Chisholm Catholic College's online Enrolment Application. This allows families to submit an application form online. A non-refundable fee will be charged per enrolment. Payment can be made through the application online form.

Our College is currently full, if you are considering enrolling a student to join our College in Years 7 – 12 for 2026, you are welcome to submit an application for your child to be placed on our waitlist. When (or if) positions become available at the college, we will contact those on our waitlist to progress their application.

All new applications for 2026 will be placed on our waitlist as we do not have any available positions currently. If you have any questions about the college or the application or waitlist process, please contact registrar@cccc.vic.edu.au or call 9296 5311.

Year 7, 2028 applications open on 27^th January 2026 and close on 14^th August 2026.

Year 7, 2027 applications closed on Friday 15th of August 2025. You are still welcome to apply for consideration in our future offer rounds; however students will be placed on our waitlist initially.

Enrolments for Year 7 can only be accepted when the student is in Grade 5, and not prior.
