At Caroline Chisholm Catholic College, student leadership is grounded in the principles of service leadership, reflecting our Catholic faith and the example of Jesus. We encourage our student leaders to see leadership not simply as a position of responsibility, but as an opportunity to serve others, strengthen our community and contribute to positive change.

Our approach to leadership is shaped by our values, our shared purpose and vision, and the relationships we build with others. Students are encouraged to lead with compassion, integrity and respect, putting the needs of others before their own and using their influence to help those around them flourish.

Students have opportunities to develop and demonstrate leadership in many areas of College life. Our leadership structure includes College and Campus Captains, Co-Curricular Captains across Faith and Mission, Sustainability, Sport and Music, House Captains, Learning Area Captains, LM Class Representatives and College Ambassadors. Learning Area leadership opportunities extend across English, Humanities, Languages, STEM, Music, Performing Arts and Visual Arts at each of our three campuses.

Through these opportunities, students develop their confidence, communication and decision-making skills while learning that meaningful leadership is ultimately about serving others and contributing to the common good.
