Effie Longros - Executive Assistant to the Principal

Effie Longros is the Principal’s Executive Assistant at the College, working closely with the Principal and Executive Leadership Team to support the effective day-to-day operations of the school. In this role, Effie plays an important part in coordinating leadership initiatives, facilitating clear communication across the College community, and ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the Principal’s office.

Effie is actively involved in a range of areas across the College, including major building and refurbishment projects, student care and wellbeing, family communications, and engagement with staff and the wider community. She also serves as a member of the College’s School Advisory Board, contributing to the strategic direction and ongoing development of the school. Through her work and involvement, Effie supports the College’s commitment to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and faith-filled environment grounded in Catholic values.

With over 20 years of professional experience and more than eight years at the College, Effie brings a wealth of knowledge, strong organisational skills, and a deep understanding of the College community. She is passionate about supporting the mission of Catholic education and contributing to a community where students, families, and staff feel supported, respected, and connected.
