Below is a collated list of frequently asked questions you may have at this current stage of the Caroline Chisholm Catholic College enrolment process.
When will I hear if my child has been accepted?
Once interviews are conducted, the College will send out round 1 offers on 17th October 2025.
Applications that don’t receive an initial offer will receive an email asking if they would like to remain on the waitlist until a position becomes available.
If I receive an offer, what is required to confirm my child’s enrolment?
An enrolment offer pack will be emailed to successful families that will include all the necessary forms required. They are to be completed and returned to the College with a $500 deposit for 2027 school fees. All enrolment offers are given 3 weeks to be completed. Once the forms and deposit are received, your child’s enrolment at the College is confirmed.
What happens if I change my mind?
If you change your mind and decide to withdraw your child’s application, you will need to contact our Registrar on 9296 5311 or email registrar@cccc.vic.edu.au to confirm their withdrawal. Please note the following:
• Change of mind at application stage: Student’s application is cancelled; $100 application fee is non-refundable.
• Change of mind at offer stage: Student’s enrolment offer is cancelled. The College is unable to reinstate an offer once you decline; $100 application fee non-refundable.
• Change of mind after acceptance of enrolment: Your child is taken off our confirmed enrolment list and their place will be offered to another child on the waiting list; $500 deposit is non-refundable.
