Karla Rangi - Sacred Heart Director of Campus

Karla Rangi is the Director of the Sacred Heart Campus at Caroline Chisholm Catholic College. She commenced at the College in January 2023, bringing with her over 15 years of experience from Mount St Joseph’s Girls College. Karla holds a Bachelor of Biological Science and a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education. In her role, Karla provides clear and consistent leadership with a strong focus on student wellbeing, learning, and positive relationships. She works closely with staff to ensure shared expectations, strong communication and effective support structures, helping to create a calm, inclusive and well-organised campus environment where both students and staff feel supported. Karla finds great fulfilment in building meaningful relationships within the school community and making a positive difference in the lives of young people. Her hope for Caroline Chisholm Catholic College is that it continues to be a place where students feel known, supported and challenged to be their best, within a strong community that values growth, safety and flourishing for all.
