Christ the King
Welcome, everyone, to the 2026 school year and to our Christ the King community.
It is a joy to welcome our students, families, and staff back to Christ the King as we begin another year of learning, growth, and community. Whether you are returning to our College or joining us for the first time, we are delighted to have you as part of our vibrant campus.
A special welcome to our Year 7 Cohort who have now started with us. All the best as you find your way around, meet new faces, and dive into the adventures of secondary school life.
There are many events on the agenda for this year, and we hope they will inspire new enthusiasm. We encourage each student in our community to look at each occasion as an opportunity for growth, expanding personal boundaries and see the potential to discover new strengths. There’s so much to look forward to, and we’re excited to share every step of the journey with you.
This year, we’re taking inspiration from Matthew 5:13 and the call to be the “salt of the earth.” We’ll be encouraging our students to sprinkle kindness, courage, and compassion wherever they go, adding flavour to our school life in all the best ways.
Together, we look forward to making 2026 a year filled with growth, joy, and meaningful moments for all. Wishing everyone a wonderful start to the year!

St John's
Term 1 has begun with great energy and optimism across the St John’s Junior Boys Campus, and it has been wonderful to see our community come back together after the holiday break. We extend a very warm welcome to our new Year 7 students and their families as they begin their journey with us. Starting secondary school is an exciting milestone, and the boys have already shown courage, curiosity, and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of college life.
We also warmly welcome back our Year 8 and Year 9 students. It has been pleasing to see them return with greater confidence and maturity, ready to build on the experiences and learning from last year. They have quickly reconnected with friends, supported our new students, and set a positive tone for the term ahead.
As a campus, our focus remains on strong learning habits, respectful relationships, and personal growth. We encourage each student to embrace challenges, learn from mistakes, and continue developing into thoughtful, resilient young men and responsible citizens of the world.
We wish all our students the very best for the year ahead and look forward to a term filled with learning, connection, and opportunity.
Sacred Heart
Welcome to 2026!
The Sacred Heart Campus has enjoyed a vibrant and purposeful start to the year, with students across all year levels returning with enthusiasm and a strong sense of community.
We extend a very warm welcome to our Year 10 students who have joined the Sacred Heart Campus this year for the first time.
They have made a wonderful start, settling into new routines, building connections with staff and peers, and embracing the opportunities that come with senior campus life.
Our Year 12 students have begun the year with focus and determination as they embark on their final year of secondary schooling. Many are about to complete their first round of School Assessed Coursework (SACs), demonstrating resilience and a commitment to achieving their personal best. It has been pleasing to see students supporting one another, meeting with teachers and establishing strong study habits early. It will be an exciting year as they complete their studies and begin to explore what their futures will look like!
We also recently hosted our VCE Information Night for Year 11 students and their families. This informative evening provided valuable insight into VCE expectations, assessment requirements and ways families can support students throughout their senior years. There is a strong sense of optimism across the campus, and we look forward to celebrating many achievements throughout the year.
There are so many highlights in the Sacred Heart calendar, and we look forward to celebrating each of them with our community throughout 2026!
